MAN 'TIVITIES

We hope to accomplish our vision through providing a framework of events dedicated to encouraging relationships and continually teaching men God’s design for them.  These include but are not limited too:

*Retreats – Both the Fall and Spring Retreats are designed to teach men who they are, allow them to interact with other men, and experience God in a unique way.

*Man Outings – attending sports venues such as baseball or football games.  Playing golf scrambles, Shooting skeet, etc.  

*Father/Son Campout – Provides a place for fathers and sons to connect on a deeper level and just have some good ole’ fun.  Also provides a place to initiate boys into manhood.

*Life Groups – Provide a place to meet frequently in a smaller group setting to continue to strengthen relationships and teach/encourage men to be men.

*Service Projects – Another opportunity to come together as men to get to know each other more and to help out those in need in our community.

MAN SERVICE

We want to be sure that all men are aware that if you feel the need for speed, you won’t find that addressed here.  But if you feel the need for service, which comes as a natural outpouring of what God is doing in us, then we have ample opportunity here at the River.  Some of those include:

*Becoming a Gate Keeper

*Becoming a Children’s Ministry Volunteer

*Becoming a Van Ministry Volunteer

*Becoming a Storehouse Volunteer
